Research interests

The study of proteins involved in cancer, image guided radiation therapy, applying functional imaging to the treatment of tumors, and the clinical use of microarray technology and similar molecular staging methods are my main research interests. GU, CNS and pediatric tumors comprise my main clinical areas of interest. In addition, I am interested in the computational aspects of structural biology, ab-initio protein structure prediction, evolutionary protein structure prediction, palliative care radiation therapy, normal tissue tolerance studies in radiation oncology, and image-guided, intensity-modulated radiotherapy.
