Apoptosis in CD30+ cutaneous lesions / T-cell clonality

1) We are currently assessing apoptosis by immunohistochemistry in CD30+ cutaneous lesion.
2) We are currently assessing T-cell clonality in hematologic disorders by analysis of Vbeta repertoires by flow cytometry in correlation with traditional molecular methodologies.
